4 Years and $100k – What did an office do for me?

I recently decided to close up shop. No, we’re not going out of business. The physical office—the shop—was simply costing me too much money. And for what? After 4 years and $100k sunk in rent and other overhead expenses, what was I thinking?

Sure, there were legitimate reasons for moving out of my home office.
